
Team-Based Training
Basefit is designed around total team success, not individual achievement alone. In-person interactions are vital and centered around team meetings and training, goal setting and consultations. Each team member is held accountable to their team through the Remote Coaching System™ (Basefit RCS™).

Virtual and In-Person Coaching
Basefit employs those who have served as coaches, mentors and teachers to create a total health experience. Our coaching staff engages participants through a combination of in-person training and our Remote Coaching System (Basefit RCS™).

Readiness Kit™
Each team member is equipped with the right gear to participate in the Basefit experience, including: team guides, and activity monitors that tracks heart rate, sleep patterns and daily movement. All data is collected and monitored by our Basefit Remote Coaching System (Basefit RCS™).
The Remote Coaching System™ (RCS)
The Remote Coaching System (Basefit RCS™) is designed to allow team members to record training goals, track progress and communicate with their teams and coaches in real time. The Basefit RCS™ is optimized for use on smartphones, tablets or traditional computers. Participants can also set, review and update information on the Basefit RCS™ using text messaging.

Total Health
Primary elements of our total health training include nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress management. Participants apply the holistic health model to each element of training in order to grow, simultaneously, in both mental and physical health. Throughout the engagement, participants’ knowledge and application expectations within the elements of training increase in order to accommodate the body’s adaptation to training and progress toward goals.

Resilience Training
Mindfulness, awareness, regulation, and optimism in promoting lifestyle changes and increasing resiliency are the backbone of Basefit training. Although we cannot hand out motivation, it can build up the individual and cultivate an inner self that will be inherently motivated and resilient. Our training incorporates an array of physical topics that rely on an individual’s ability to be mindful, self-aware, self-regulating, and optimistic.
