Dr. Jeffries is a decorated, retired U.S. Navy Medical Corps officer. He has a background in family medicine, osteopathic medicine, geriatric medicine, and surgery. He also has experience coaching a variety of high school sport during his tenure as a high school science teacher. Currently Dr. Jeffries is Chief Medical Officer for Grace and Associates Inc. He also serves as an advisor/board member for Onsite OHS and the Defense Strategies Institute and Injured Marine Semper Fi fund, as well as an Independent Healthcare consultant for Cambia Health Solutions.

Mr. Duffy is a retired U.S. Army National Guard Judge Advocate General officer. When on active duty, he served in the Federal Republic of Germany as a defense counsel, legal assistance officer and counsel to the tri-service Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board. He owned a law practice, has over 30 years of experience as a civil litigator and was admitted to the Bar in California and New Hampshire. Mr. Duffy currently serves as the Director of Legislation and Joint Programs Manager for the National Guard Association of the United States and is actively engaged in advocating for National Guard members and their families.
