Your Basefit Training for HTC is designed for you, no matter your experience (novice to advanced) or race category (run or walk). Review the training programs below and determine which level is right for you. All levels help increase and build your abilities over time so follow the schedule as closely as possible as every workout has a purpose.
REMEMBER! You can reach out to your Coach for 1:1 advice. We are all training towards a single goal and Coaches are ready to help you through your training.
