For individuals who want to improve their 10 mile performance. These individuals typically run five to six times a week, averaging 15-25 miles, weekly.
This is for individuals who compete regularly in races. This program is right for you if you are able to run 30 to 60 minutes a day, five to seven days a week and you understand speed work.
